Kevin Murungi
TRUSTEE
Kevin Murungi is a human rights and international experiential educator. He serves as Director of Global Journeys at Avenues: The World School. In this role, he guides all aspects of planning and implementation of global and experiential education at Avenues.
At the heart of this work is a pedagogical approach that prioritizes reciprocity in relationships through cooperative, cross-cultural participation in learning, service, and impact. The programs designed to foreground the process of students developing the core competencies that will enable them to actively, thoughtfully, ethically, and critically engage with the world around them and help make it a more just and sustainable place.
